These points will be presented in the subsequent panel debate, and they will also be summed up at Storbykonferansen.no (watch this page!)

We want to know:

  1. What are the democratic consequenses of climate mitigation – more or less democracy?
  2. To what extent can climate mitigation contribute to the development of democracy? And how does climate mitigation challenge democracies?
  3. Do climate activists expand the meaning of democracy? Do they promote legitamate solutions to climate challenges?
  4. Are the burdens of climate mitigation distributed fairly?
